Roy "Conga" Carrubba was a product of Brooklyn in the late 50's. In addition to playing with numerous bands during that time, he was a N.Y.C physical educator for 32 years and has become an accomplished metal sculptor. Two highlights of his musical career,that has spanned more than 40 years are : performing for the policeman's world olympics at the Javet's center and opening for the B52s at Irving Plaza in 2012.
